Privacy Policy — Talon Strike

This policy explains what information Talon Strike ("the app") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Talon Strike is a single-player arcade flight combat game with optional ads, optional one-time purchases, and an optional way to enter promotional contests.

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run ads, process purchases, and (if you choose to enter a promotional contest) contact a winner:

• Advertising identifier — used by our ad partners to serve and measure ads. You control this via your device's ad tracking settings (Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, or Android's equivalent).
• Purchase history — Apple's App Store (via StoreKit) processes the "Remove Ads" and "Customization Pack" purchases directly. We only store a simple flag on your device indicating which purchases were made. We do not receive or store your payment details — Apple handles that entirely.
• Contest entry information — if you choose to submit a run through the in-app "Share Run" feature, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with your game result (wave reached), a device identifier, and the submission timestamp. This is collected solely to administer promotional contests and sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility and contacting winners. It is not used for advertising, not shared with third parties, and not linked to any advertising identifier. This is optional — you can play without ever submitting a run.
• Gameplay settings and personal best — sound volume, sensitivity, your personal best score, and cosmetic customization choices are stored on your device only, never transmitted anywhere. There is no public or global leaderboard — your progress is visible only to you.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information beyond what's listed above.

Third-Party Services

Talon Strike uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Unity LevelPlay — our ad mediation platform, which may route ad requests to partner networks including Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, and AppLovin. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — processes in-app purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase — securely stores contest entry information if you choose to use the "Share Run" feature. See Firebase's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Talon Strike is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown are not targeted using behavioral data when a device or account indicates the user is a child, in line with our ad mediation partners' child-directed treatment settings.

Your Choices

• You can decline ad tracking permission on iOS (App Tracking Transparency) or its Android equivalent — Talon Strike will still function normally with non-personalized ads.
• You can purchase "Remove Ads" to stop all forced/interstitial ads permanently. Optional reward-video ads remain available if you choose to use them.
• You can play entirely without ever using the "Share Run" contest entry feature.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your local settings and purchase flags live on your device and are removed if you delete the app. If you submitted a contest entry and want it removed, contact us using the email below with the name and approximate submission date used.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
